Tragic Incident at Batalla de Bandas in Naucalpan

During the "Battle of Bands" event at CCH Naucalpan, César Emiliano, a 17-year-old student, suddenly passed away while attending the concert. According to witnesses, César collapsed while enjoying the music, without participating in the "slam" that was taking place. So far, authorities have not provided an official medical report on the exact causes of his death.

The student community expressed concern over what happened and called for a detailed investigation and an urgent review of the safety and medical response protocols at the school. Upon realizing the situation, his classmates interrupted the music and immediately sought help before César was taken to Maximiliano Ruiz Castañeda General Hospital, where he sadly died minutes later.

Several witnesses noted that medical assistance was slow to arrive and that the cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) maneuvers performed at the scene may not have been adequate, suggesting that this could have influenced the fatal outcome. The lack of official information regarding the exact circumstances of César's death has generated uncertainty and a call for transparency in the investigation process.
